a. Approve minutes of the June 15th 2020 regular meeting of the committee and special called meeting of the committee on June 30th.
3. Old Business-none noted.
4. Discuss procedures for check signing in the event finance director is out of the office. Since the finance director and county executive/department heads manually sign the checks, we need a backup plan.
5. Financial management policies and procedures manual-review and possible actions.
6. Progress toward completing the implementation process by August 1st.
