There's never a good time to lose a loved one but it seems Christmas is an especially difficult time. Here are 3 that were connected to our community: Barbara Asbury whose husband, Bill, passed away Sunday. Lisa Reed's grandmother, Minnie Davis, passed away Tuesday and Donna Nichols received word Wednesday that her cousin, Jody Dickey, had also passed way. Our thoughts and prayers go up for each loved one's family and friends.

Joe Turner opens up our birthday list this week when he celebrates the 18th along with Memphis Reed who turns 8 that same day. Samantha Gaither hits her 17th day on the 19th and Helen Fults celebrates the day with her. The 21st Jordan Blackburn and McKenzie Turney have their special days and finishes up this week's list.
