Closings and Cancellations For Thursday January 6th

Woodbury City Hall is closed today Thursday January 6th.

Cannon County Commission meeting scheduled for tonight has been postponed until next Thursday January 13th. The two public hearings will be on the agenda for the 13th.
PUBLIC HEARING: Concerning the request to rezone property located at 5965 Bradyville Road (Map 063J, Group A, Parcel 013.00) from A-1 (Agriculture) to C-1 (Commercial) to establish a Dollar General retail store.
PUBLIC HEARING: Concerning an amendment to the compliance fee schedule for the Cannon County Zoning Resolution and to instate a fee schedule for all new construction. This fee will fund the Land Use Administrator position. The fee schedule can be viewed in the County Executive's Office upon request.

Town Of Woodbury Public Works Director Shane Gannon announces due to weather today's garbage pickup has been postponed. With inclement weather expected to last until Friday, garbage routes may be delayed tomorrow as well. All trash routes will be picked up on Monday.
