The Cannon County Regional Planning Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. in the Cannon County Courthouse. The agenda for the planning commission meeting is as follows:

1. Call to order.

2. Approval of the November 27, 2018 minutes.

3. Consideration of final subdivision plat for property located on McMinnville Highway (Todd Division 1).*

4. Consideration of final subdivision plat for property located on Eugene Reed Road and Lonnie Smith Road (Todd Division 2).

5. Other business as necessary.

6. Adjourn.

* Todd Division 1--Final

Robert Todd submitted a final subdivision plat for the purpose of subdividing 3.00 acres into four (4) proposed new lots for property located on McMinnville Highway. The proposed new lots will range in size from 0.70 acres to 0.80 acres and all proposed new lots are currently vacant. The proposed new lots will be served by an six (6) inch water line and would comply with all Cannon County Subdivision Regulations and the Cannon County Zoning Resolution.
