David Anthony Wilson

Mr. David Anthony "Tony" Wilson, age 60, of Bradyville, TN went to be with the Lord with his family by his side Friday, August 17, 2018 after an extended illness. He was born in Hampton, VA to the late Albert Arnold and Vivian Bell Wilson. Tony's father was in the military and the family traveled throughout the United States and France. He followed in the words of Jesus "love your neighbor." Tony was a member of Mt Hermon Baptist Church. He never met a stranger and was a friend to everyone. Tony would help whoever he could. He was a giver, not a taker.

Tony is survived by his brother, Kenneth Wilson; brother-in-law, Mike Westbrook both of Bradyville; numerous cousins; and countless friends who supported him through his battle.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday, August 26, 2018 from 3:00pm until 4:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, August 26, 2018 at 4:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Bro. Jerry Howard will officiate.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2000 Charlotte Ave, Nashville, TN 37203 or Hospice Compassus at Compassus Living Foundation, 10 Cadillac Drive, Suite 400, Brentwood, TN 37027 in memory of Tony.
