NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated August 17, 2009, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded August 20, 2009, at Book 121, Page 95 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by LENWOOD CAMPBELL AND LINDA J. CAMPBELL, conveying certain property therein described to Jason Snyder as Trustee for CitiFinancial, Inc; and the undersigned, Shellie Wallace of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee.

ALSO KNOWN AS:  928 Trail Street, Woodbury, Tennessee 37190
The HB 3588 letter was mailed to the borrower(s) pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 35-5-117.  This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose. ATTENTION BUILDING AND REMODELING CONTRACTORS

Cannon County, Tennessee is seeking eligible Contractors to bid on the Cannon County Housing Rehabilitation Program, which is funded through the Tennessee Housing Development Agency's HOME Program. Public Liability Insurance, Property Damage Insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance will be required.  Contractors must be lead based paint certified and insured.
