The Cannon County Lions look to rebound from week 1's loss to Walker Valley when they visit an even bigger opponent in Warren County in McMinnville tonight. The game has been moved up to this evening after the National Weather Service issued a forecast calling for strong winds up to 30 mph coupled with thunderstorms producing heavy rain.
The Lions beat Warren County last season in Woodbury 20-7 marking the first time the 3A program beat a 6A school. It was also the Lions first game against a school in the 6A classification.
Cannon Courier will have the live play by play broadcast of tonight's game audio only, through the Facebook page Cannon Courier News and Events. Due to lack of space in the Warren County press box, the game will be broadcast audio only and will be available starting at 6:55P.
Kickoff is at 7.
