The Cannon County Lions Golf regular season is winding up.

Monday the Lions took care of Van Buren County 242-220. Chris Young finished atop the score sheet shooting 50 on the afternoon. Austin Taylor shot 52. Branden Schwartz and Brady Sissom both finished with a 59 score.

Tuesday, September 11 the team lost to Monterey by six shots 216-222. Chris Young led the Lions with a 50 score, while Branden Schwartz finished with a 55. Brady Sissom shot 58 and Austin Taylor was close behind with a final 59. Kolby Duke finished up with a 61,

The Lions ended the week with a win over Gordonsville 209-212.

Austin Taylor led the team with a 46 while Luke Jakes scored 47 on the Cedar Crest Golf Course. Branden Schwartz and Brady Sissom both finished with a 58 score and Kolby Duke shot 65. Lions finish the week with an overall 6-6 record and 6-1 district mark.

Next up is Monday at Southern Hills Golf Course vs Upperman.
