PrintThe Cannon County Lions and Lionettes Middle Grades Basketball Teams were swept last week in Woodbury by Dekalb Middle with both teams losing 44-38. Monday, the teams went up to Smithville as the Cannon County teams dominated in both contests with the Lionettes winning 42-22 and the Lions picking up a 48-35 win.
Tonight both teams travel to Manchester to meet Westwood Middle with the tipoff at 6p. The games will be broadcast live audio only through the website readyontheradio.com

High School Basketball games will be video streamed live (barring any internet signal issues) throughout the season both home and away games via Facebook Live on the Facebook page "Cannon Courier News and Events"
Middle Grades Basketball games will be video streamed live via Facebook Live on the Facebook page "Cannon Courier News and Events" pending on cameraman Jeremiah Woehler's availability. If he is not available then the games may be offered audio only through the website www.readyontheradio.com
