Noradean Armstrong Tate

Noradean Armstrong Tate, 78, died Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011 at Cullman Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.                          

A resident of Garden City, AL., she was a native of Cannon Co.

Survivors:

Daughter, Connie Tate Smith of Garden City, AL.

Grandson, Sy Shaver.

Granddaughter, Astin Shaver.

Special Friends, Rochelle Armstrong & Ray Copeland.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charley & Lila Armstrong; husband, Hilton Evans Tate; Son, Phillip Evans Tate and Brother, Lantice Armstrong.

A member of the Garden City 1st Baptist Church, she was a homemaker.

Funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 30 with Pastor Keith Gambrill, Chris Hunter & Bro. Bill Ellis officiating.

Burial will be in Riverside Gardens Cemetery.

Visitation is from  2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2011.
