The State of Tennessee, Department of Children's Services, has filed a petition against you seeking to terminate forever your parental rights to Cruz Alexander Saylor and Payton Alexandria Saylor. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

WHEREAS, SHELBY DEAN SCHULER, DECEASED, by Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust") dated March 15, 2010, of record in Record Book 125, Page 136, Register's Office for Cannon County, Tennessee, conveyed to SAM SAWYER, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of a certain Promissory Note (the "Note") described in the Deed of Trust, which Note was payable to HOMELAND COMMUNITY BANK;

WHEREAS, said SAM SAWYER, Trustee, is unable to act as Trustee under the Deed of Trust, and I, RYAN J. MOORE have been appointed Successor Trustee by the owner and holder of the Note by an instrument of record in Record Book 173, Page 715, Register's Office for Cannon County, Tennessee;

WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the Note; and

Adams Memorial Association, Inc.; thence North 83° 22' West 306.79 feet to a stake; thence North 08° 15' 105.34 feet to a stake; thence South 83° 06' East 302.67 feet to a stake in the West margin of said street; and, thence with said street margin 06° 00' West 104.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.73 acres, more or less, in accordance with a survey and Plat prepared thereof on March 12, 1981, by Robert N. Being the same property conveyed to Shelby Dean Schuler and Regina Owens Reed by rights of survivorship by Quitclaim Deed from Shelby Dean Schuler by deed of record in Record Book 149, Page 831, Register's Office of Cannon County, Tennessee.
