NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated August 29, 2003, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded September 8, 2003, in Book No. 48, at Page 281, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Keith H. Parrish and Jennifer M. Parrish, conveying certain property therein described to R. Dale Floyd as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Cavalry Banking, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Wells Fargo Bank,NA.

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by Wells Fargo Bank,NA, will, on November 18, 2016 on or about 3:30 PM, at the Cannon County Courthouse, Woodbury, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. The sale is free from all exemptions, which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Cannon County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pin set 25 feet south of Reed Road and being a corner with Willis Knox; proceeding with a fence line S 03 deg 21' 35" W 276.02 feet to a hackberry tree; thence with Reed N 88 deg 30' 06" W 348.87 feet to an iron pin and N 03 deg 21' 35" E 276.62 feet to an iron pin in the north margin of Reed Road on a centerline offset of 25 feet, thence with said road margin S 85 deg 41' 18" E 67.90 feet, S 87 deg 03' 47" E 96.21 feet, E 89 deg 05' 03" E 99.07 feet and N 88 deg 20' 07" E 85.94 feet to the beginning.

This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose. In addition, the following parties may claim an interest in the above-referenced property:

The sale held pursuant to this Notice may be rescinded at the Successor Trustee's option at any time. Estate of Georgia Fay Tassey

Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of October, 2016, letters of testamentary in respect of the estate of Georgia Fay Tassey deceased were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons both resident and non-residents, having claims matured and unmatured against said estate are required to file same with the clerk of the above named court within four months of the first publication of this notice, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.
