Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of April, 2017, letters of testamentary or letters of administration with respect to the estate of Lynwood Barrett, deceased were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-residents, having claims, matured and unmatured against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the Chancery Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise claims will be forever barred:

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated February 12, 2009, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded February 12, 2009, in Book No. 116, at Page 647, and modified on March 8, 2016, In Book No. 165, At Page 547 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Christopher Pulliam and Amy Pulliam, conveying certain property therein described to Susan Melton as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for 3rd Financial Service Corporation, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Wells Fargo Bank, NA.

Drainage Improvements - Woodland Elementary School

This project consists of the construction and installation of drainage improvements and all related site work. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, associated work, and all other items necessary to complete the proposed site and drainage improvements for

Cannon County Schools.

Sealed bids will be received by Cannon County Schools - 301 West Main St., Woodbury, Tennessee 37190 until 9:00 a.m. (C.D.T.) on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.

All bids must be made out on the Bid Form found in the Contract Documents. The instructions to Bidders, Form of Agreement, Specifications and other bidding instruments may be examined at the following locations:

All Bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by Chapter 6 of Title 62 of the Tennessee Codes Annotated). In accordance with Tennessee Codes Annotated 62-6-119, no bid will be opened unless the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid provides the following information: the Contractor's license number, the date of the license's expiration, and a quotation of that part of his classification applying to the bid. In the case of joint ventures, this information must be provided by each party submitting the bid. The successful Bidder must agree to fully complete the project during the Summer Break of 2017 for Cannon County Schools (As information, work must be done between June 1 and August 1, 2017).

Cannon County Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids, to evaluate bids and to accept any bid which, in the Owner's opinion, may be in the best interest of the Owner.

No contract is given or implied to the successful Bidder until the project is fully funded and a written contract is offered by Cannon County Schools and signed by all parties.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment and services for One Bridge Replacement in Cannon County, Tennessee will be received until 10:00 AM Local Time, June 1, 2017 at the office of Mr. Wayne Hancock, Road Superintendent, 900 Old McMinnville Road, Woodbury, Tennessee 37190 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids being mailed for this work should be addressed to Mr. Wayne Hancock, Road Superintendent, P.O. Box 260, Woodbury, Tennessee 37190.

Printed and electronic copies of Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained from A2H, INC. at bidding@a2h.com or PHONE: 901-372-0404 upon payment of $150.00 (non-refundable) to A2H, INC. Bids shall be submitted on a separate copy of the PROPOSAL supplied for this purpose. Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents must be purchased from A2H, INC. prior to the bid opening for a bid to be considered qualified.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids.

Sealed bids must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked "Bus Bid" by Monday, June 1, 2017 at 10:00, when bids will be opened.
