Please send comments to lwia7@yahoo.com Feb. 1, 8 Public Hearing The Woodbury Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting a public hearing on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, 6:00 pm at the Woodbury City Hall concerning a “Special Exception” regarding the construction of a six unit apartment and associated utilities within the C-3, Highway Commercial (Section 5, of the Woodbury Zoning Ordinance). The request is being made by Neal Appelbaum who proposes to construct these apartments at 213 West High Street. Also it appears that a variance from the rear yard setback will be requested according to the site plans from the required 30 feet. The public is invited to attend. James H.
