WHEREAS, Rhonda L. Owen and Gary Owen executed a Deed of Trust to Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Lender and Emmett James House or Bill R. McLaughlin, Trustee(s), which was dated October 7, 2005 and recorded on October 13, 2005 in Book 79, Page 154, Cannon County, Tennessee Register of Deeds

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, Regions Bank DBA Regions Mortgage, (the "Holder"), appointed the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Upper Cumberland Development District's Area Agency on Aging and Disability (AAAD) will receive sealed Proposals for the provision of Professional Nutrition Services (Home Delivered and Congregate meals). The AAAD contracts for services in the fourteen county region of the Upper Cumberland. The deadline to submit proposals will be April 15, 2019.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The Cannon County Board of Education is taking bids for upgrades to the septic system at Auburn School.

Furnish and replace grease tank with a 1000 gallon tank.

Repair main sewer line from school building where it has separated underneath pavement.

Put in 2 new cleanouts: one into grease tank and one in line going from the grease tank to the septic tank.

Dig up top of septic tank that has a dirt bottom and pour a concrete bottom.

Haul off all debris.

Furnish and install all gravel, pipe, cleanouts, and whatever else is needed to complete the job.

Work may not begin until after May 24, 2019, and must be completed before August 1, 2019. To inspect the site, please contact Melinda Crook, Principal of Auburn School at 615-464-4342. For additional information about the project, please contact Ricky Arnold, Director of School Maintenance at 615-653-0420.

Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on March 8, 2019, and will be considered by the Board of Education in their meeting on March 14, 2019 at 6:30 PM at Woodbury Grammar School. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope by 10:00 AM on March 8, 2019, clearly marked AUBURN SEPTIC UPGRADE BID. Bidders are welcome to attend the bid opening and the board meeting.

The board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The Woodbury Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting a public hearing on Tuesday, March 19, at 5:30 pm at the Woodbury City Hall. The Woodbury Board of Zoning Appeals will review a variance request from the side yard setbacks for the construction of a home located on Hayes Street. The public is invited to attend.
