Call to Order 2. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the filing of a lawsuite by Cannon Tennessee against various opiod manufacturers/distributors. 3. Adjourn Mark Barker, Chairman NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING The Cannon County Board of Commissioners will meet in an Executive Session on Friday, March 30, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. in the Jury Room of the Cannon County Courthouse. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss potential litigation between Cannon County, Tennessee and Various OPIOID Manufactures/Distributors. Mark Barker, Chairman Request for Bids Cannon County Highway Department is accepting sealed bids for a three (3) year capital outlay note for a 140K Motor Grader for use by the County Highway Department for public projects. The Town of Woodbury Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet in regular session Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 7:00 PM at Woodbury City Hall. The meeting is open to the public. Andrew Duggin, Mayor CANNON COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION The Cannon County Board of Education will meet in Special Called Session on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 6:30 PM at Woodbury Grammar School to discuss the selection of a Cannon County Director of Schools. No vote will be taken to appoint a director of schools, but the Board may take action to narrow the field of candidates. The Board may also take any and all necessary action related thereto. The Cannon County Board of Education will meet in special called session on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 6:30pm at Woodbury Grammar School Cafeteria, 530 West Adams Street, Woodbury, Tennessee 37190. The first item on the agenda will be to consider, and appoint, a Cannon County Director of Schools and any and all necessary action related thereto. BID NOTICE The Cannon County Board of Education is taking bids on the following medical equipment. This purchase will be funded by the Career and Technical Education grant proceeds. Bids will be opened at 10 AM on March 29, 2018 at the Central Office located at 301 W. Main St., Woodbury, TN. The bids will be considered at the board meeting on April 12, 2018, which will take place at 6:30 PM in the cafeteria at Woodbury Grammar School.
