NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
2018 Annual Agency Plan
Woodbury Housing Authority
Notice is hereby given to the residents of the Woodbury Housing Authoirty, the citizens of Woodbury, and all persons interested, that the housing authority is required by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 Interim Rule to submit a Public Housing Agency Plan.
Further, the Agency Plan shall consist of an Annual Plan for the upcoming fiscal year 2017. The Annual Plan provides details about the housing authority's immediate operations, program participants, programs and services and the housing authority's strategy for handling operational concerns, residents' concerns and needs, programs and services for the upcoming fiscal year.
Prior to submission of the Agency Plan to HUD, we are soliciting comments and suggestions. We will be conducting a Public Hearing on Wednesday November 29, 2017 at 9 am at Woodbury Housing Authority, 401 McFerring St, Woodbury TN 37190, to discuss the proposed plans. All residents are encouraged to attend.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may submit written comment regarding the Annual Agency Plan to Ms. Pam Cunningham, Executive Director, Woodbury Housing Authority, 401 McFerrin St, Woodbury TN 37190. Written comment will be received through November 29 2017
