PrintS. Scott Solomon, 94, died Sunday, May 13, 2012 at his home in Woodbury.
Born in Hebron, IN, Mr. Solomon was a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church, a veteran of the Army serving in WWII and was a farmer.
Survivors:
Wife of 64 years: Ilene Solomon of Woodbury.
Children: Sharon May (Mike) McClean of Plymouth, IN., Duane (Linda) Solomon of Woodbury and Patricia (Tom) Klier of Woodbury
Grandchildren: Mary Ann Hickman, Chris Solomon, McKenzie Solomon, Deana Allred, Jake Allred, Samantha Solomon
Great Grandchildren: Katie & Tyler Hickman, Tristan & Amaya Solomon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Harriet Lee Solomon; Sons, Dennis & Steven Solomon and granddaughter, Stephanie Solomon; 7 brothers and 6 sisters.
Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 with Bro. Jeff Cripps officiating. Burial will be in Prater Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2012.
