Hi Everybody !! Missed you last week, but am up and running today!! Back in the swing of things at the Short Mountain Trading Post. We opened back up this past week end. All the vendors were there cleaning their booths and restocking terrific inventory! Weather is warming up and so are we !! Remember our first big event this season is the Spring Fling Flea Market Day on Saturday, April 5th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This event is for those who are interested in setting up a table or canopy (free of charge) to sell their collection of items for sale and for those who are devoted flea market shoppers. A very nice selection of things will be there!!

Lunch is available for $1.00. Also, a tour of the barn, craft booths and the huge Loft full of unique antiques and gifts. So, call me, Savannah, at 615-464-7824 to reserve your space or any other inquires you may have.

I met my new neighbor the other day. He had two dogs named "Rolex" and "Timex". I thought those were strange names for pets, but he said they were good "watch dogs". That's a good one!!

By the way, anyone wishing to participate in our Farmer's Market starting on Thursdays only later this spring, please also contact me. Free spaces. Hopefully our gardens will be good to us this year!!

My Grandma is really into the organic gardening and she is all jazzed up to harvest another great crop. But, she told me that she went to the doctor the other day because her body hurt wherever she touched it. Ended up, she had a "broken finger". Lucky Granny, that was all it was!!

If any of you have some "moonshine relics" used back in the day, We are interested in purchasing them. Also, if you happen to go thru your sheds and old barns or your cellars and attics, we are always looking for historical vintage items for the barn decorations. Old farm tools, pottery mugs, wagon wheels...you name it. Once again, contact me at 615-464-7824.
