Two Violators Have Probation Revoked

Chancellor Robert E. Corlew, III presided over Cannon County Circuit Court on Thursday.  Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Andrew S. Asbury was appointed an attorney and reset until November 19th.  He is charged with violation of probation.

Cynthia Taylor pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation.  Her probation was extended and she was ordered to serve 1 year in jail.

Amanda Hollis was reset until November 19th.  She is charged with violation of probation.

John Smith was appointed an attorney and reset until November 19th.  He is charged with violation of probation.

Kimberly Moore pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation.  Her probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve her entire sentence.
