Volunteer To Help United Way's Project At Westside School Sept 20

United Way is building healthier, more resilient communities by promoting healthy eating and physical activity, expanding access to quality health care and integrating health into early childhood development.
Join us on September 20, 2019 as we build a healthier community by refurbishing outdoor spaces for local kids. According to the CDC, regular physical activity in childhood and adolescence improves strength and endurance, helps build healthy bones and muscles, helps control weight, reduces anxiety and stress, and increases self-esteem.
Join United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties on September 20, 2019 to impact kids in your community.
30 volunteers are needed to remulch the playground at West Side School from 9A-2:30P on Sept 20. You can sign up to volunteer to help at YourLocalUW.org/HometownHuddle
