Young To Serve Jail Time For Felony Drug Possession

Judge David Bragg presided over Cannon County Circuit Court on Friday. Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Eric Allen Young pled guilty to the charge of felony possession of schedule 2 drugs. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison as a Range 1, 30 percent offender. In addition, he was ordered to pay a $3,000.00 fine and the court costs. Young was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Crystal McMahon was reset until February 11, 2010. She is charged with failure to appear and TennCare fraud.

Bruce Morton was reset for a review of payments on February 11, 2010.
