Arctic air has settled over the mid-state. Most locations will not make it to the freezing mark today and it will remain cold again Monday. Winds will remain gusty today into early tonight, producing wind chills on the Cumberland Plateau in the single digits and in the teens elsewhere into tonight.

Snow from overnight and leftover moisture will likely freeze on several roadways this morning...especially elevated surfaces and secondary roads. Areas most impacted will be across the northwest. Use caution while traveling as slick spots are likely to remain through midday Monday.
