Several agree to probation

Judge Susan Melton presided over General Sessions Court on Tuesday.  Some of the results of the various cases that appeared on the docket included:

Angel Suellen Goforth pled guilty to perjury.  She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $100.00 fine and the costs.

Noah Wesley Harris agreed to the violation of his probation.  His probation was extended 11 months 29 days and he was ordered to pay the costs.  In another case Harris pled guilty to 2 counts of driving while license suspended.  In each case he was sentenced to 6 months in jail.  Those sentences were suspended upon equal time on probation and paying a $50.00 fine and the costs on each case.

Pamela Diane Lafever agreed to the violation of probation.  Her probation was extended by 9 months and she was ordered to pay the costs.

Stacie Pitts pled guilty to theft under $500.00.  She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $100.00 fine and the costs.

Glenn Stone pled guilty under judicial diversion to trespassing.  He was placed on probation for 11 months 29 days and ordered to pay the costs.  In another case Stone pled guilty under judicial diversion to resisting arrest.  He was placed on probation for 6 months and ordered to pay the costs.  Stone's charge of domestic assault was retired for 11 months 29 days.

Justin Aaron Taggart agreed to the violation of his probation.  He was ordered to serve his original sentence.  In another case Taggart pled guilty to trespassing.  He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Robert Slade Warren pled guilty under judicial diversion to possession of a schedule VI drug.  He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $250.00 fine and the costs.  In another case Warren pled guilty to DWI.  He was ordered to pay a $250.00 fine and the costs.  In another case Warren pled guilty to violating the implied consent law.  He was ordered to lose his license for one year and to pay the costs.

Chandi Gillard pled guilty to vandalism.  Gillard was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 2 days, equal time on probation, paying $200.00 in restitution and the costs.  In another case Gillard pled guilty to simple possession.  Gillard was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 2 days in jail, equal time on probation, paying a $250.00 fine and the costs.

Hope Dennis agreed to the violation of her probation.  She was ordered to serve her original sentence of 23 months 28 days.

Jimmy Estes agreed to the violation of his probation.  He was ordered to serve his original sentence of 23 months 28 days.

Mathew Feragola agreed to the violation of probation.  He was ordered to serve 30 days and his probation was extended 10 months 29 days.
