Judge Susan Melton presided over General Sessions Court on Tuesday, February 19. Some of the results of the various cases that appeared on the docket included:
Jason Lewis Davenport agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve 5 months in jail and he was placed back on probation.
Steven Dewayne Davis pled guilty to domestic assault. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 60 days and extending his probation 9 months 29 days. In another case Davis agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve 60 days and his probation was extended 8 months 2 days.
Jeremy Lee Johnson agreed to the violation of probation. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail and his probation was extended 10 months 29 days.
Lavon L. Nunnery agreed to the violation of his probation. His probation was extended 11 months 29 days.
Deanna Page Regan pled guilty to 2 counts of driving while license suspended. In each count she was sentenced to 6 months in jail. Those sentences were suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $50.00 fine and the costs.
Timmy Wayne Stone pled guilty to driving without a license. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.
Tracey Leigh Wells pled guilty to driving without a license. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs.
Billy W. Woodard was found to be in violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve his original sentence.
