The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for snowfall... which is in effect until noon CST today.
* Geographic area: central middle Tennessee
* accumulations: 1 to 3 inches of snow is expected. Isolated higher amounts possible.
* Impacts: travel conditions will become hazardous this morning.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow... sleet... or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.
